We are a micro specialty coffee roastery based in Hong Kong, established in 2017. 
Driven by pure passion that’s symbolised by “Red”, and our “Meow” reflects the belief that every coffee should carry its unique personality —just like cats.

Our approach to coffee is guided by our refined palate shaped through our experiences in diverse expertise; from coffee roaster, barista, licensed Q arabica grader, sensory judging for SCA competitions and international green bean competitions.
The collective knowledge allows us to assess coffees with precision and bring out the best in every coffee we work with. Building on this foundation, we roast with intention —aiming to preserve each coffee’s terroir while expressing it at its best.

We work closely with producers through direct trade relationships for most of our productions. Placing strong emphasis on transparency so that every cup tells a clear story of its origin, processing, and the people behind it.
