    NIRVANA

    如果你以為Anaerobic(厭氧)處理已經是最新最前的處理法

    這款處理法 絕對是最有前瞻性

    在採收完全熟成的果實後會放入一個低溫的密封罐放置發酵約一百小時

    在過程中會定期向罐中註入氮氣

    以去除/排走殘留的氧氣

    每天對內部和外部溫度以及PH進行監控

    以確保發酵的一致性

    最後把果實在Raised african beds上緩慢地曬乾長達30天


    IRIDESCENCE

    這批次選用的果實同樣是Anthem批次的果實(之前Box set那款)

    採收後直接將果實去除果肉

    然後放在密封罐發酵並且註入二氧化碳

    以持續監測PH 溫度 CO2水平等

    密封罐經過一定的時間後

    便會把將parchment coffee取出

    然後放在陰涼地方和Raised african beds曬乾

    避免陽光直射

    因為強烈的紫外線和熱力會導致parchment coffee 裂開
